Not only did Crvena Zvezda continued winning in ABA League, but also kept absolutely… destroying its opponents. The latest victim of Red Star was Zadar, that was defeated 103 – 66 at home by the Serbian team.
It’s not surprising that five players from the winning side scored in double-digit numbers. Marko Simonovic (15 points, 4/7 three-pointers), Nemanja Dangubic (13 points), Ognjen Kuzmic (double-double of 12 points plus 10 rebounds), Milko Bjelica (10 points) and Marko Guduric (10 points, 5 assists) all played their part in their team’s magnificent performance.
Zadar stayed competitive only for the first quarter (23-23) failing to follow its guests’ rhythm in the rest of the game. Lavro Mazalin (18 points, 6 rebounds) and Ivan Marinkovic (17 points) were the only ones to truly stand out from the Croatians.
