Η κλήρωση της Ευρωλίγκας για τη σεζόν 2012-13 αποτελεί παρελθόν και αυτά είναι τα γκρουπ της πρώτης φάσης. Ως γνωστόν μετά το νέο σύστημα διεξαγωγής και το διευρυμένο Top 16 των δύο ομίλων με οκτώ ομάδες στον καθένα, δεν θα υπάρξει άλλη κλήρωση κατά τη διάρκεια της σεζόν, αφού είναι καθορισμένες όλες οι διασταυρώσεις.
