Cedevita Olimpija announced that the contracts of center Maik Zirbes, guard Filip Kruslin and center Andrija Stipanovic were terminated following a mutual agreement with the players in light of the hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic.
All three players joined Cedevita Olimpija in the 2019 offseason.
The Slovenian club took this decision while it remains unknown whether the currently indefinitely suspended ABA League will resume. Cedevita Olimpija was tied with Mornar Bar at the fourth place in the standings; the two teams were fighting for the last remaining playoff spot.
