Three wins in a row for Crvena Zvezda mts in the ABA League

Crvena Zvezda mts earned a narrow win, 82-81, against Cedevita Olimpija on Wednesday.

The hosts of the match originally part of the ABA League Regular Season Round 11, enjoyed Marko Simonovic netting the game-winning free throw with two seconds remaining. Jordan Loyd with 19 points and Dejan Davidovac with 17 points did most of the remaining offensive work. Kendrick Perry led the losing side packing 19 points.

The Serbian powerhouse off its third win in a row jumped to 20-3 forcing the visitors to 17-6.

Buducnost VOLI blew out Igokea, 92-64, in a Round 6 tilt improving to 21-3 and dropping the visitors to 19-6. Youngster Fedor Zugic scored a team-high 17 points and Willie Reed posted a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double. Nikola Jovanovic produced a game-high 29 points but was held to defeat.

Earlier, Dominik Mavra scored 13 of his 33 points down the stretch lifting Zadar past Cibona, 97-92, in the rescheduled Round 19 meeting between the Croatian clubs.
