Nikola Kalinic and Ognjen Dobric had everything under control as they led Crvena Zvezda to a 94-84 home win against Studentski Centar in the ABA league.
Kalinic was the top scorer with 23 points while Dobric scored 18 followed by Branko Lazic and Luka Mitrovic with 11 each. Kalinic, Dobric and Lazic banked in 11 three-pointers together (4+4+3) with the rest of the team adding four more.
On the opposing side, Kenan Kamenjas scored 20 and Fletcher Magee 13 points.
With this win, Zvezda improved to 18-2, sitting behind Partizan in the second spot, however, with one game less played.
Their black-and-white rival got a big win over Buducnost (14-5) with 80-72 on the scoreboard a day earlier and now holds an 18-3 record.
Aleksa Avramovic and Yam Madar scored 13 points each for Partizan in a tough game while Kendrick Perry had 16 points for Buducnost.
