In the decisive third game of the AdmiralBet ABA League Quarterfinal series between Partizan Mozzart Bet and Cedevita Olimpija, the hosts prevailed in Belgrade 112-83 and advanced to the Semifinals with a 2:1 score in the series.
After a defeat in Game 1 at home in Belgrade, Partizan Mozzart Bet bounced back in Game 2 in Podgorica for a 1:1 score in the series, only for them to grab a win in Game 3 after a dominant performance for a 2:1 win in the series and a spot amongst the Top 4 this season. In the Semifinals, Belgrade’s black and white squad will meet Cedevita Olimpija.
While SC Derby started the game pretty well and was an even opponent until the 13th minute of the game when they were still behind only by 5 points (29:24), they allowed Partizan Mozzart Bet to create an 18:7 run over the next 4 minutes of the game, that gave the hosts a 16-point lead (47:31). With 3 minutes left in the first half, it became clear, that a comeback would be very tough for SC Derby this time.
