Both Serbian powerhouses couldn’t extend their European season over the EuroLeague Regular Season, as Crvena Zvezda ended in 16th position at 11-23 and Partizan Belgrade didn’t make it to the Play-In Showdown, finishing 11th at 16-18.

However, both teams are back at it in the ABA League Playoffs. After Crvena Zvezda beat SC Derby 83-81 in their Game 1 of the Quarter-Finals best-of-three series, Partizan Belgrade followed with a 00-00 win over BC Igokea.

Black-and-white captain Kevin Punter led his team in scoring with 18 points, shooting great from three (3/4) and at the line (5/6). Zach LeDay had a 16-point impact on his team’s win, while James Nunnally had an all-around night with 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists.
