Crvena zvezda secured a victory in the sixth round of group A in the ABA League, fourth in a row, as they defeated Siroki Brijeg 100-82 on their home court.
This marked the third consecutive game in which Zvezda scored 100 or more points. After victories against Maccabi and Bayern in the EuroLeague, Siroki Brijeg was the latest to fall.
The home team made a decisive difference in the second part of the third quarter, after Siroki closed the gap to six points (59-53). However, a 10-2 run by the home team allowed them to pull away and ultimately achieve a convincing victory in a match where Navarro rested Tyson Carter, Chima Moneke, Dejan Davidovac, and Christian Koloko.
The top scorers were Ognjen Dobric and Jared Butler with 17 points each, while Vojin Medarevic scored 16, and Nick Weiler-Babb contributed with eight assists. On the other side, Chavaughn Lewis led with 22 points, two more than Joshua Ola-Joseph.
