It was a great thriller down the stretch although it didn’t look like it would have such development 10 minutes before the final buzzer. And that’s because while Cedevita entered the fourth period with a 16-point lead (83 – 67), Mega Bemax came back with authority to tie the score in the last minute.

In the end, Cedevita ultimately won 99 – 96 and get the ticket to the ABA SuperCup Final.

It could’ve been different if Vlatko Cancar (10 points, 5 rebounds) didn’t turn over the ball with the score 97 – 97. On the other end, 2/2 free throw by the Croatians sealed the result in their favor.

Demetris Nichols (17 points, 5 rebounds) Dzanan Musa (16 points) and Erik Murphy (15 points, 4 rebounds), Filip Kruslin (13 points, 6 rebounds) and Filip Toncinic (13 points) contributed heavily for Juri Zdov’c squad.

Mega Bemax’s Stefan Fundic scored 18 points and grabbed 8 rebounds, Dylan Ennis added 16 points while Aleksandar Lazic posted a double-double of 16 points and 13 rebounds.
