NBA Draft prospect Dzanan Musa scored 15 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and stole the ball three times for a team-high 21 PIR, leading Cedevita to a 76 – 71 victory over top-seeded Buducnost in ABA League.
Filip Kruslin was the top scorer of Cedevita with 19 points, including a decisive four-point play with the score 72 – 69 and 27 seconds left.
This win “locked” Cedevita’s place in the competition’s playoffs since it improved their record to 14 – 5 with three games remaining for the completion of the regular season. Four teams advance to the playoffs in ABA.
Kyle Gibson had 19 points and 6 rebounds for Buducnost that remain at the top spot in the standings despite dropping to 15 – 4.
