Vasa Pusica will begin his professional career with Partizan NIS, according to BasketballSphere. The Serbian guard is no stranger to the ABA League side as he was a member of the club’s youth teams before moving to USA for high school and NCAA action. This past season he led Northeastern to the NCAA tournament, the college’s first postseason appearance since 2015.
Pusica was among the top performers for the Huskies in the 2018-19 campaign averaging 17.4 points. He had 17.9 per contest during the 2017-18 season, his first with Northeastern. The 23-year-old guard previously played a couple of seasons with San Diego and in high school with Sunrise Christian Academy.
