Earlier in Round 9, Cedevita Olimpija defeated visiting Crvena Zvezda.
Buducnost leads the course of the standings with an 8-1 record, Cedevita Olimpija is placed second with 7-2, as FMP and Partizan are at a 6-3 tie in the third place.
