Real Madrid remains undefeated over 12 games in all competitions through 2023-24 by beating Lenovo Tenerife 82 – 76 on the road. This streak includes wins in four EuroLeague games, two SuperCup matches and, now, six rounds into the Spanish ACB season.

Tenerife was up 58 – 57 near the end of the third period after coming back from a 33 – 47 halftime deficit. Real reacted in a strong fashion to go up 61 – 75 three minutes into the fourth quarter and pushed back another comeback attempt by the hosts to retain its spotless record.

Edy Tavares delivered 14 points, eight rebounds and three blocks while Vincent Poirier scored 12 points and Facu Campazzo had 12 points.  Jaime Fernandez led Tenerife with 18 points, scoring 11 during the outstanding third period for his team.

Real Madrid will next face Barcelona Thursday (26/10) in the EuroLeague edition of the Clasico. Tenerife plays at Darussafaka Istanbul Tuesday for Round 2 of the Basketball Champions League regular season.
