Dusko Ivanovic’s team had no problems beating Zaragoza in the ACB Round 27

Waiting for Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia which will all play tomorrow, Baskonia was successful in the ACB after EuroLeague duties, beating Casademont Zaragoza 102-94 at home.

Chima Moneke was a big reason why Dusko Ivanovic’s team came out on top, climbing up the standings to fight for a playoff spot at 15-12. Despite struggling from three (1/5), the Nigerian-Australian forward ended with 22 points leading his side in scoring.

Vanja Marinkovic powered it up from beyond the arc for a total of 19 points, shooting 5/7 from deep, while Matt Costello added 18 points. Codi Miller-McIntyre added 14 points and 8 assists.

Mitchell Watt and Dejan Kravic produced 16-point losing efforts against Baskonia. Moreover, the newly acquired and reigning Basketball Champions League champion Finn Delany followed in leading the team in scoring with 14 points.
