Real Madrid‘s Rudy Fernandez has said that is “available to the coach” for the playoffs semifinals of the Liga Endesa that starts on Thursday against Valencia Basket.
After having trained for several days with the rest of his teammates, Rudy’s back issues are under control and he is ready to go. Rudy spoke also about the national team, the upcoming Olympics and the Zika virus he said: “Right now, with what I know I would rather go to Rio. I do not want to say no or yes at this point. The situation with the Zika virus is serious. So there is much uncertainty”.
Meanwhile, after Rudy’s return, KC Rivers is out of the team, as he announced himself via twitter with the following message: “Madrid thanks for all the memories this season. I am departing early but will be following the remainder of the playoffs”.
