Just after receiving the Spanish League MVP award, Luka Doncic once more spoke about the possibility of not playing in the NBA next year.

Doncic who is the youngest Liga Endesa and EuroLeague MVP was asked if he is going to leave for the NBA after winning everything in Europe.

His answer, once more, left every scenario open: “Well, I still have to win a Spanish SuperCopa in Spain. I haven’t won it yet. I won everything but you can still win more, more times. Getting the titles again is something that would only happen in Real Madrid, so everything is still open”.

Doncic was also asked about the influence of Sergio Llull to him and also to Real Madrid: “We all know who Sergi is. He’s very special and no one is gonna be able to replace him. He was the best player in Europe last year, the best player in Spain. I remember when I was 15 years old and I went to my first work out with the team. I had to defend him and Sergio Rodriguez. I had a very bad time there but I learned a lot from both of them”.

However, now he is the guy who has to be stopped on the court. “When you get on the court, they all want to stop you, they all want to defend you”, said Doncic smiling and added: “And sometimes you smile (because of that)”.
