Bulgarian forward Sasha Vezenkov and American guard Phil Pressey were the two players cut from the postseason 12-man roster of Barcelona, two days before the launch of the Spanish ACB playoffs.

The decision marks the end of the season for the two players since no changes are allowed during the playoffs according to ACB rules.

Per Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona head coach Svetislav Pesic chose to include Spanish big Pierre Oriola, despite the latter’s problems with his right leg that left him out for the last two Spanish League games. Newly arrived American forward/center Jalen Reynolds also appears in the squad that the team will use in the playoffs.

The roster of Barcelona for the playoffs includes Thomas Heurtel, Pau Ribas, Juan Carlos Navarro, Petteri Koponen, Edwin Jackson, Adam Hanga, Rakim Sanders, Victor Claver, Adrien Moerman, Pierre Oriola, Jalen Reynolds and Ante Tomic.

Barcelona will face Andorra in the first round that begins on Sunday (27/5).
