Italian League standout Stan Okoye has reached an agreement with Spanish team CAI Zaragoza, the club announced. The player will join Zaragoza with a one-year deal.
Okoye, 27, arrives from arguably the top season of his professional career so far. The Nigerian swingman averaged 15.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1 steals per game in the Italian Serie A with the jersey of Varese in 2017-2018.
Following the NBA Summer League where he played with the Denver Nuggets, Okoye moves to Zaragoza with which he will make his debut in ACB.
