Chris Singleton led the winners with a double-double of 12 points and 12 rebounds, while Kevin Pangos and Thomas Heurtel added 11 points each.
Sebas Saiz posted a game-high 16-point performance for Tenerife.
Earlier in the day, Baskonia and Real Madrid enjoyed respective wins.
As for the standings, Barcelona remains first with 11-1, Real Madrid and Baskonia follow with 9-2.
