Gran Canaria announced that the club has reached a mutual agreement with forward/center Cory Jefferson for the termination of his contract.
The Spanish club thanked Jefferson for “his commitment” and wished him the best of luck in the future.
Jefferson had signed a contract with Gran Canaria for the remainder of the season. In five EuroLeague games, the American player averaged 3.4 points and 2.4 rebounds over 12:40 minutes.
In the Spanish ACB League, Jefferson played in one game, an 89 – 87 defeat to San Pablo Burgos. He had 13 points in 12 minutes.
