Real Madrid advanced to the Spanish League Finals.

Real Madrid swept Valencia 3-0 in the Spanish ACB League semifinals with an 85 – 78 away win in Game 3 to qualify to the title series for the eighth season in a row.

Unlike the first two games, this match was decided in the last minutes. After Sam Van Rossom drained a 3-pointer for the 78 – 79 with 2:21 remaining, Sergio Llull and Facu Campazzo hit back to back buckets to put their team up by five. Valencia made consecutive errors on the offensive end and fell to the “Blancos”.

Rudy Fernandez scored 16 points with five triples, Facu Campazzo 14 while Anthony Randolph posted 11 points and nine rebounds to pace the winning squad. Bojan Dubljevic finished with a game-high 19 points for Valencia. Van Rossom added 14 points.

Real will face the winner of Barcelona – Zaragoza in the Finals. Barca is up 2-0 and Game 3 is held Tuesday (11/6) at Zaragoza.
