Real Madrid coach Pablo Laso was voted as the “Best Coach” of 2019 by the Association of Spanish Coaches, earning the “Memorial Antonio Diaz Miguel award.”
RPK Araski head coach and Spanish Women’s national team assistant Mariela won the award as well.
Laso led Real Madrid to the club’s second consecutive Spanish ACB League title. On Sunday, Laso and Real claimed the first title of the 2019-2020 season, the ACB Supercopa.
The Supercup is Laso’s 17th title with Real Madrid. he’s currently the third most successful coach in the history of the club after Lolo Sainz and Pedro Ferrandiz.
