Real Madrid prevailed over visiting Unicaja with an 82-71 victory in Round 8 of the Spanish ACB League and remains undefeated.
Sergio Llull and Gabriel Deck kept Unicaja in check and led Real with 13 and 12 points each. On the other end of the court, Carlos Suarez posted a game-high of 16 points for the visitors.
Real started the game strongly and enjoyed a 21-13 lead at 10′, though the reaction was quick from the visitors and trimmed the deficit to 46-37 at halftime. The pace of the game slowed down in the second, with Real holding its advantage until the end.
