The Milwaukee Bucks and Giannis Antetokounmpo sent their own message for the victims of the wildfires that took place in Greece.

The Milwaukee Bucks expressed their condolences and solidarity while wishing strength to Greeks everywhere, following the tragic events of the recent wildfires that cost the lives of 81 people.

“Our condolences to all of Greece. Strength to all Greeks during these difficult hours. Our prayers and thoughts are with you,” the official Twitter account of the Milwaukee Bucks tweeted in Greek.

Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo also tweeted the following message.

“There are no words. Huge shock. My sympathies to the families of the people we lost. Huge respect for all those who save so many lives by risking theirs. I wish we will all stick together and never forget… 23/7/2018,” wrote the Greek forward of the Bucks.

The wildfire ravaged the areas of Kineta, Mati, Rafina and Neos Vountzas that are located within an hour from Athens and the solidarity from the basketball world is moving.
