MHP Riesen put on an impressive offensive performance to grab its third consecutive victory.

Ludwigsburg captured its third straight win in an equal number of games of the German easycreditBBL final phase by crushing Brose Bamberg 103 – 74.

Riesen coach Michael Patrick saw his team committing just three turnovers and six of his players scoring in double figures. Thomas Wimbush dropped a game-high 20 points, Nick Weiler-Babb added 16 points, Marcos Knight 14, Jonas Wohlfarth-Bottermann 13, Jaleen Smith 11 and Ariel Hukporti 10 points. Their team and Ratiopharm Ulm are the only squads on 3-0 in the tournament.

Bamberg suffered its second loss in a row. Elias Harris had 16 points, Jordan Crawford finished with 15 points, Tre McLean posted 13 points and nine rebounds and Paris Lee 11 points and four assists.

 Earlier, Fraport Skyliners prevailed over winless Rasta Vectha 63 – 59 to get their first victory in the tournament. Yorman Polas Bartolo (16 points, nine rebounds) and Quantez Robertson (13 points) stood out from the winning side.

Trevis Simpson (19 points) and Jaroslaw Zyskowski (18 points) were the best Vechta had to offer.
