Alba Berlin and Bayern Munich look locked and loaded for the double-game EuroLeague week.

After closing the previous EuroLeague week with wins, German powerhouses Alba Berlin and Bayern Munich also captured a pair of victories in their BBL games.

With Peyton Siva setting the tone thanks to his 15 points, eight assists and five rebounds, Alba crushed Crailsheim Merlins 100 – 62 to remain in hot pursuit of top-placed MHP Riesen Ludwgisburg.

Niels Giffey also had 15 points while Simone Fontecchio added 14 points for Alba. Elias Lasisi (nine points) and Radii Caisin (nine points) were the top scorers for the Merlins.

Earlier, Bayern Munich prevailed over s. Oliver Wurzburg 96 – 76 behind 20 points by DJ Seeley and a season-high 14 points courtesy of James Gist. Tyson Ward had 16 points and Rob Lowery 15 for the Wurzburg side.
