Basketball Lowen Braunschweig, owned by NBA star Dennis Schroder, defeated FC Bayern Munich, 85-83, on Sunday.

Karim Jallow was the main offensive contributor with 24 points to his name. Arnas Velicka added 18 points. Martin Peterka had 16 points, including the game-winning tip-in with 25 seconds left. Braunschweig is now 10-17 sitting 12th in the easyCredit BBL standings and searching for a playoff berth.

Leon Radosevic’s 23 points, a career-high, was paired with a home loss for the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague quarterfinalists. Vladimir Lucic followed with 18 points. Wade Baldwin IV and Jalen Reynolds did not play.

Bayern fell to 22-7. ALBA Berlin was forced down to 22-5 on Saturday. League-leader Ludwigsburg at 25-2 was idle as its Regular Season Round 27 match versus the Fraport Skyliners was postponed.
