ALBA Berlin finished the game against Medi Bayreuth with a 32 – 0 run to get an 87 – 53 victory for the German League. The visiting side last scored for the 55 – 53 with 8:41 to play and then went completely silent while their opponents went on fire.
Oscar da Silva and Johannes Thiemann led the efforts of ALBA with 20 points apiece. Christ Koumadje had 11 points plus seven rebounds and Tamir Blatt posted 10 points.
Bastian Doreth (12 points), Marcus Thornton (11 points) and Janari Joesaar (10 points) scored in double figures for Bayreuth.
