Bayern Munich becomes German League champion after five years.

Carsen Edwards scored 29 points (7-10 triples) including the victory-sealing free throws, as Bayern Munich beat ALBA Berlin 88 – 82 in Game 4 of the German BBL Finals to win the series 3-1 and claim the championship title. This is the sixth German League trophy for Bayern and first since 2019.

Devin Booker added 10 points plus nine rebounds and Leandro Bolmaro had 10 points of his own for Bayern. Their team had a dominant 6 – 21 third period to enter the fourth quarter up 52 – 65 and hold a double-digit advantage for most of the remainder of the game but it was far from over.

ALBA came back and approached 82 – 84 with 11 seconds to play. Edwards hit a pair from the line and then Vladimir Lucic added two of his own as Bayern celebrated the championship.

Sterling Brown led ALBA with 25 points, six rebounds, and six assists.
