Bayern Munich had a great EuroLeague season, which came to an end in a do-or-die Play-In game for the Playoffs against Real Madrid.
After losing to the Spanish giants at the WiZink Center and concluding their continental campaign, Gordon Herbert’s side also suffered a setback in the Bundesliga, falling to Hamburg, who claimed a 74-70 win over the defending champions.
Without Carsen Edwards—who also missed the Real Madrid clash and is expected to spend a few weeks off the court—Andreas Obst led Bayern with 19 points. Devin Booker followed with 12, while Jack White added 10 points and six rebounds.
On the other side, former Bayern player Jan Wimberg scored 14 points, Jaizec Lottie had 13, Brae Ivey added 12, while Jordan Barnett contributed 11 points and seven rebounds. Kur Kuath also finished in double figures with 10 points.
