Brose Bamberg continued its German league obligations with a comfortable victory, while Ratiopharm Ulm lost its first game in the season.

Medi Bayreuth couldn’t pose any serious resistance to Brose Bamberg. The defending champs won 83 – 65 taking their 25th victor in 28 games of the regular season.

Janis Strelnieks scored 17, Nicolo Melli dropped 13 points and grabbed 7 rebounds while Nikos Zisis and Maodo Lo added 12 points apiece.

From the visiting squad, that remains fourth in the classification with 19 – 8, Nate Linhart and his 17 points stood out.

Yesterday (8/4) Bayern Munich (24 – 3) handed standings leader Ratiopharm Ulm (26 – 1) its first defeat (!) of the season thanks to a sizzling second half where coach Djordjevic’s players scored 50 points and received only 32 and Bryce Taylor (21 points) doing work.
