Bayern won 17 in a row by routing Ulm while Oldenburg survived Mitteldeutscher despite playing without Will Cummings who was named the 2018-19 German League MVP.

Bayern Munich won their 17th German League game in the row after a 95-72 home win over Ratiopharm Ulm on Day 33.

Nihad Djedovic scored 16 points followed by Derrick Williams’ 15 and Devin Booker’s 14 points. For Ulm, Javonte Green scored 15 and Patrick Miller ten points.

Meanwhile, EWE Baskets Oldenburg’s Will Cummings was handed the MVP award after averaging 20.5 points as the league’s top scorer while also adding 4.4 assists, 3.1 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game. He didn’t play tonight against Mitteldeutscher but his squad managed to grab a 118-115 overtime win.

The first six spots of the standings have been set while the last two playoff tickets are up for grabs. Bayern stands at the top with a 31-2 record followed by Oldenburg (28-5), Alba (26-7), Vechta (24-9), Bamberg (21-12) and Ulm (19-14).
