Except stale Fenerbahce Beko, our bets count on current form.

EuroLeague Regular Season Round 8 is just around the corner. Eurohoops’ betting tips rely on five sides of Europe’s premier competition prevailing away from home.

Khimki Moscow Region – AX Armani Exchange Milan 2 / 2.75

A couple of unexpected treats carrying a large budget deemed for success at some point. I have previously stated the Khimki Moscow Region has not convinced me for a better run this season. AX Armani Exchange Milan has built a strong team with one of the best head coaches of the league. The Italian club has indeed led us to winning bets in recent weeks against FC Barcelona and KIROLBET Baskonia. It’s time to trust the team on the road as well.

KIROLBET BaskoniaMaccabi FOX Tel Aviv 2 / 2.55

KIROLBET Baskonia is strong at home, while Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv is turning heads so far. However, Giannis Sfairopoulos’ side has enjoyed an uncomplicated schedule. Maccabi did great in its toughest challenges to date opposite to Fenerbahce Beko and Real Madrid despite losing its match against the Whites at the buzzer. I’ll corner with the Israeli club and the worthy 2.55 betting value on its win. Betting is all about the value presented.

OlympiacosZalgiris Kaunas 2 / 2.30

Given present situations, the 2.30 value on Zalgiris Kaunas’ win is tempting. It has since dropped to 2.10. Olympiacos will surely react, especially at home, but I will place my bet on the visitors, a superior and better-coached team at the moment with players making early waves towards adjusting to their roles. Nothing is set in stone, Olympiacos is capable to secure the win overcoming its current pains.

Real Madrid – FC Barcelona 2 / 2.75

No safe bets here, but I can’t look beyond the 2.75 value on the visiting side’s win. Real Madrid has not yet earned my trust with plenty of players still fatigue from the 2019 FIBA World Cup. Home advantage on one side and chemistry issues on the other throw out a balanced preview, but for this occasion I like FC Barcelona and feel its ready to exact revenge after falling to its rivals in the Spanish Supercopa earlier in the season. However, the hosts seem to need the “W” more than Barca.

CSKA MoscowFenerbahce Beko 2 / 2.75

I agree that Fenerbahce Beko’s current situation isn’t the best possible, but is CSKA Moscow in a better place? Dimitrios Itoudis is missing several important players with the Russian club unable to juggle its way to balance. Nando De Colo is now on the other side and Fener will definitely get back on track with a big win at some point. No better chance will present itself any time soon. Previous visits to Moscow have been favorable. Next week it will be FC Barcelona on the road and I can’t foresee Zeljko Obradovic losing both tilts and dropping to 2-7. I do expect a comeback, even from the match versus CSKA Moscow. On paper there’s no doubt Fenerbahce Beko is stronger this season, but is obliged to display its strength on the court as well.
