Playing without All Euroleague first team nominees Andrei Kirilenko and Nenad Krstic, CSKA Moscow didn’t have any problems against Krasnye Krylya in Friday’s PBL game. The team of coach Jonas Kazlauskas was also missing injured Ramunas Siskauskas and Jamont Gordon, but the final score (96-63) shows that there wasn’t any real resistance from Krasnye.

Sammy Mejia was CSKA‘s top scorer with 20 points, although the level of the game was so low, that one can’t really know if that kind of performance can be repeated from him against a truly competitive opponent. It was a disappointing game for former NBA player Jarvis Hayes that scored only four points for Krasnye
