Kostas Vasileiadis returns to Spain after his new deal with Unicaja. The Greek forward signed for the next 1+1 years and fulfilled his goal to return to Malaga, seven years after leaving the team.
He had offers by many other clubs (Nizhny was still mixed in the case) but he finally agreed with Unicaja because of his will to play in Liga Endesa. He ‘ll receive 125.000 euros for the first season and 350.000 for the second.
In the contract there is a buy-out clause for both side. Malaga can pay him 50.000 euros in order to release him the next summer. Also, Vasileiadis can be free agent if another team give to Unicaja 120.000 euros if Malaga stays out of Euroleague or 200.000 euros if Malaga competes in Euroleague in the 2015-16 season.
