Efes Anadolu beat 67-59 Red Star in its last and best game in Gloria Cup and got the fifth place of the final standings. The Turkish team controlled the game after the first quarter and coach Dusan Ivkovic was happy after the end, because of the defense: “We allowed 59 points and this number is very good. We won all the periods and we had 24 assists”.
Stratos Perperoglou distinguished himself once more with 16 points. Boban Marjanovic was the leading scorer of the Red Star with 20 points.
