As Eurohoops reported weeks ago, the arrival of Vangelis Aggelou to Anadolu Efes could be also viewed as the first step towards the hiring of Dusan Ivkovic. According to our sources Duda is in constant contact with the management of the Turkish team and at this point it seems highly unlikely for him not to end up in Istanbul.

However, those talks are conducted on personal level with agent Misko Raznatovic not being included, so nothing is signed yet. Still, Ivkovic likes the new path that Efes wants to take. That means building a team based on talent, chemistry and not on spending money to get big time names. That’s why the rumors about the Turkish club in a quest to build an expensive roster during next summer are not accurate.

On the contrary the first player who is expected to be signed by Efes is 20 years old Serbian Vasilije Micic, a member of Mega Vizura who is considered the next great point guard of a country with a long tradition in this position. Efes already made the right moves in order to secure him and he is considered a lock to wear the jersey of the Turkish team next season.
