FIBA takes us back to the 2011 EuroBasket final that took place in Kaunas, Lithuania, as Spain defeated France to reach its second EuroBasket title. Under the guidance of MVP Juan Carlos Navarro who led the team with 27 points, Spain rose to the pinnacle of Europe once again after their 2009 title in Poland.

France’s Tony Parker was the tournament’s top scorer, as the nation reached the final for the second time in its history up until that year (they were the 1949 runner-ups, losing the title to hosts Egypt).
