No NBA or EuroLeague players for Serbia in the EuroBasket Qualifiers along with some other familiar names while a number of up-and-coming prospects got called up

Coach Igor Kokoskov decided on the preliminary roster of the Serbian national team for the 2022 EuroBasket Qualifiers.

As was the case with many other national teams, Serbia won’t be able to count on any NBA nor EuroLeague players as well as some big names outside the two competitions while a lot of young guns received a call-up and a chance to prove themselves.

The list of 20 names is as follows:

Aleksa Avramovic (Estudiantes), Nikola Radicevic (Promitheas), Danilo Andjusic (JL Bourg), Dejan Kravic (Burgos), Stefan Pot (Igokea), Dalibor Ilic (Igokea), Marko Jeremic (Mornar), Dragan Apic (Buducnost), Filip Petrušev (Mega Soccerbet), Stefan Momirov (Mega Soccerbet), Jovan Novak (Mega Soccerbet), Aleksa Radanov (Crvena zvezda), Marko Simonovic (Crvena zvezda), Borisa Simanic (Crvena zvezda), Rade Zagorac (Partizan), Nemanja Dangubic (Partizan), Uros Trifunovic (Partizan), Nikola Rebic (Monaco), Stefan Peno (Rasta Vechta), Stefan Djordjevic (FMP).
