Iffe Lundberg scored 38 points as Denmak defeated The Czech Republic 71 – 70 to close the November’s EuroBasket Qualifiers in Kaunas with two wins in two games. Lunberg was also the one to lead Denmark to victory in the first match, an upset over host Lithuania, by posting 28 points and seven rebounds.

Thanks to Lundberg’s efforts plus Jonas Zohore’s double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds, Denmark has entered the game for qualification in the 2022 EuroBasket, improving its record to 2-2. The Czech team, on the other hand, dropped to 1-3 after also losing to Belgium.

Martin Peterka had 24 points and eight rebounds vs. Denmark while Jaromir Bohacik added 17 points and seven assists and Tomas Vyoral notched 16 points plus seven dimes as well.
