In Bormio, Italy, the Turkish national team gave its first two preparation games against Tunisia, started with a defeat without Aldemir and Ilyasova, but bounced back the next day.
In the first game, in which Bobby Dixon make his debut with the Turkish national team, Tunisia got the 92-81 win. The story was different the next day, when Semih Erden had 19 points, Ersan Ilyasova had 15 and Furkan Aldemir added 13 points.
