After two Israeli national team players tested positive for coronavirus earlier today, the second, follow-up testing turned up negative for them as well as one player from the Polish squad.

Another testing will be done tomorrow (February 17) and until then, the three players will remain in isolation. According to Sport5, the players have already been vaccinated for COVID.

As a reminder, Idan Zalmanson received a call-up but did not follow his national team to Poland due to a family member recently found positive for coronavirus.

Israel, already secured a 2022 EuroBasket berth, is scheduled to wrap up the Qualifiers stage facing Romania Friday and Spain Sunday at Gliwice, Poland.
