In a direct clash for the EuroBasket 2022 ticket, North Macedonia made a comeback from being down in double-digits and logged an 86-84 win over Estonia, however, the latter qualified for the EuroBasket 2022.

Both teams finished the qualifiers with a 2-4 record in Group B but Estonia had a nine-point (81-72) tiebreaker advantage coming from the first duel.

Nenad Dimitrijevikj banked in 23 and Bojan Trajkovski 21 points for North Macedonia. Jacob Wiley put up an 18-point, 14-rebounds double-double.
