Both Latvia and Spain already qualified for FIBA EuroBasket 2025, but the co-hosts could celebrate another win (83-66) against the reigning champions.

Turkiye and Italy were both qualified too, and this time the guests got the 67-80 victory in Istanbul, with Giordano Bortolani scoring 16 points; Cedi Osman had the same amount on the losing side.
In the same group, celebrating the 87-78 home win over Iceland, Hungary stayed alive, hoping for another win during the weekend against Italy for a last spot in the competition. Zoltan Perl led the winners with 25 points over 12/17 from two-point range.
Moving to Group D, while Sasha Vezenkov led Bulgaria against Sweden with a double-double of 40 points and 18 rebounds, Germany beat Montenegro 76-95 but they still aren’t qualified.
To conclude the action on Thursday, Belgium qualified for FIBA EuroBasket 2025 by eliminating Slovakia from contention with a 30-point blowout (93-63); Retin Obasohan went close to a triple-double with 21 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists.
