Jokic, Bjelica, Milutinov removed from Serbia’s list

Sasa Djordjevic had to cross Nikola Jokic, Nemanja Bjelica, Nikola Milutinov and five more names out of the list of the Serbian national team ahead of the EuroBasket 2017.

As the Serbian Basketball Federation announced, the preliminary squad of the national team is down to 17 names.

Nikola Jokic, Nikola Milutinov, Nemanja Bjelica, Nemanja Dangubic, Ognjen Jaramaz, Ognjen Dobric, Aleksa Radanov and Dejan Davidovac are the eight players that were crossed out of the head coach Sasa Djordjevic’s list.

Jokic informed Djordjevic of his decision to skip the EuroBasket yesterday and today it was known that Milutinov and Dangubic will also be absent since they will join the San Antonio Spurs for try-out practices.

Meanwhile, Bjelica is still rehabilitating from his injury.

The remaining players that are expected to be present on the training camp that begins on July 20 are the following:
