Austria has not qualified to the Eurobasket, but with Poeltl being part of the team that may change in the future. The young center had 22 points and 9 rebounds on 10/12 shots in 24 minutes of action.

Georgia which has not yet activated Zaza Pachulia got 18 points from center Georgi Shermandini (8/10) and 22 points and 8 rebounds from Toko Shengelia. The real good news for Greek coach Ilias Zouros is that captain Manuchar Markoishvili who spent the season injured, returned to action.

Meanwhile, Poland beat again the Czech Republic 85-72. However, the losing side is still missing the duo of Tomas Satoransky and Jan Vesely who got married yesterday. Also, Iceland beat Belgium 85-70 as the losing side is also missing their leader, Matt Lojeski.
