It was Goran Dragic’s summer debut with the Slovenian national team but, to the surprise of no one, Luka Doncic once again stole the show. Quite effortlessly, if we might add.

Following his impeccable international debut five days ago, Luka Doncic was once again the top performer for the Slovenian national team tonight (4/8).

This time the Real Madrid point forward flirted with the double-double with an 18 points game-high (4/7 from beyond the arc) plus nine rebounds and two assists (in less than 26 minutes) as Slovenia overpowered an Adam Hanga-less Hungary 84 – 64 during a prep game that took place in the town of Maribor.

Gasper Vidmar scored 13 and Klemen Prepelic 10 while Goran Dragic added 2 points in his first game with his country’s national team this summer. The Miami Heat guard was coming off only three days of practices and he stepped on the floor for only 12:19.

For Hungary, David Vojvoda dropped 15 points in 16 minutes. He played only for the first half. Krisztian Wittman had 13 points plus five assists and Rosco Allen 13 points as well.
