The worst case scenario seems possible for Spain. Sergio Llull went down with an injury in the prep game against Belgium for the upcoming Eurobasket.
As you can see in the video, Llull was really in pain and he was rushed to the local hospital in order to get medically examined. The injury occured at the first quarter of the game.
