On his 200th appearance for the Spanish national team, Pau Gasol led his side to an easy win 99-60 and surpassed Dirk Nowitzki for 2nd place on the Euronbasket all-time scoring list. Yes, Spain once again proved its might and every one should be ready for more.

The star: Pau Gasol showed off his finesse with 10 points 8 rebounds and 5 assists, while one of his possible heirs, Willy Hernangomez, was more than efficient with 18 points and 9 rebs on 6/7 field goals and 6/7 free-throws.

The key: The Spanish side showed some “rust” in the beginning of the game and trailed 5-8 early. Sergio Rodriguez entered the game with 4:27 left in the first quarter and gave his team the lift they need in order to pull away. The CSKA Moscow star was sensational with 7 points and 10 assists, proving that he is the floor general of the team.

Nicola Vucevic had 16 points and 5 boards for the losing side, which simply didn’t have the arsenal needed against the Spaniards.
