You can’t take a break when you are playing in the Eurobasket and that’s more than true today. We are near the point where defeats can be devastating.

That’s true first and foremost for Israel, which had high ambitions before the start of the tournament and so far no wins.

Also, Lithuania against Italy will be more than interesting, while Slovenia has the chance to stay unbeaten by prevailing over Greece.

France – Iceland – Group A (13.45 local time)

It will be a strong practice for France which will have the next hours of the day to rest.

Georgia – Ukraine – Group B (15.45 local time)

Ukraine is feisty, but Georgia needs this game after losing to Germany. If they want to stay on course, they have to get it.

Slovenia – Greece – Group A (16.30 local time)

With Greece being a mess for most of the game against France and Slovenia being so far the best team of the group, it remains to be seen who can stop Dragic.

Lithuania – Italy – Group B (18.30 local time)

The biggest game of the day as the unbeaten team of coach Messina can prove against a top class opponent that they are for real. Lithuania on the other hand after losing to Georgia doesn’t have the luxury of many other missteps.

Finland – Poland – Group A (20.00 local time)

After losing to Slovenia and with a question mark on Markannen’s health, this is a must-win game for the hosts of Group A. Poland on the other hand, after beating Iceland will fight for one more win which may be enough for a ticket to Istanbul.

Germany – Israel – Group B (21.30 local time)

Israel has to get a win, after starting the tournament with a 0-2 record. Still, if Dennis Schroder’s hot streak continues, Israel will have a more than a hard task.
